Accon’s flush Tie Downs create a clean look on deck while serving as anchor points for fenders or equipment. The square stainless-steel tie-downs come in two sizes—3½-inch (1¼ inches deep) and 2-inch (1 inch deep). Drill a 2½-inch hole to install the larger hardware or a 1½-inch hole for the small version, and secure either in place with four screws. A sealing cup protects against water intrusion. Accon says the small tie-down can handle up to 3,000 pounds of strain without failing. The large tie-down costs $48, and the smaller one costs $21.
